Preparation Before Use

Before using the device for the first time, gently wipe the massage contact points and the memory pad area that touches the head with a clean damp towel to remove any surface dust.

For minor stains, apply a small amount of mild neutral detergent, such as baby laundry detergent, to a damp cloth and gently clean the affected area. Wipe again with clean water and allow the product to dry completely before use.

Inspect the device before each use. Make sure the body is not damaged, there are no unusual noises, and the charging port is intact. Do not use the product if you notice any damage or abnormal function.

Before first use, fully charge the device by connecting it to a suitable charging source. Once the charging indicator shows that the battery is fully charged, disconnect the product from the power supply.

Important: Do not use the device while it is charging.

Safety Guidelines

Do not use the device continuously for extended periods. Each session should not exceed 15 minutes, and there should be at least 30 minutes between uses. This helps prevent discomfort caused by excessive relaxation of the scalp muscles.

Never use the massager while it is charging, as this may create a risk of short circuit or electric shock. After charging is complete, unplug the charging cable promptly.

Returns
